No. of hits since 1 February 2009: This site has had over 3000 hits since it was first published.

Scout and Explorer Section Award Databases v2.1 (published 23 December 2008) now available - see downloads page.  This completes the full compliment of section Databases; apologies to those who have had to wait.

Troop Summer Camp 2009 was held at Linnett Clough in Derbyshire, jointly with 7th Malden Scout Troop.  A great time was had by all attendees, despite the inclement weather (!!!)  and we intend to have a Camp presentation evening: watch this space!

Pack Summer Holiday 2009 was held at Walton Firs in Cobham, jointly with 2nd Hook.  Again, a great time was had by all attendees, and in somewhat better weather to that experienced by the Troop!

Troop Remote Camp 2009 was held over 4 days on the late August Bank Holiday weekend on Dartmoor.  A tough weekend, the 5 Scouts and 3 Leaders returned tired but satisfied after surviving the elements and very marshy terrain.

Help wanted...still: Beavers We now have a parent with the Beaver section who has agreed to become an Assistant  Beaver Leader, thus bolstering the team there to 3.  Any help, however, is greatly appreciated. Cubs Our parent in the Cub Pack, who went into uniform several months ago, has now agreed to take out a warrant and become ACSL.  However, our two Pack Assistants will shortly be off to University (with our best wishes) and we will need some helpers to take their places. Scouts We also need to find an Assistant Scout Leader, now that Peter is Scout Leader, so we are now looking to fill this post. If you can help out in any of these ways, please drop us an email.
